•Onondaga County Parks features twenty shelters/picnic areas and three lodges/banquet facilities, available to reserve for your next special event. In addition, we offer youth group camping facilities (cabins and tenting sites) at Highland Forest.
•All Shelters can be reserved beginning January 1 for the upcoming season.
•Camp Brockway, Skyline Lodge and Arrowhead Lodge may be reserved up to 2 years in advance.
•Online reservation requests may be made as late as 2 weeks before a date. To reserve less than 2 weeks ahead, please call the Reservations Department at (315) 451-6249. Please note: We may be unable to accommodate late requests.

PLEASE READ the following before submitting a reservation request
Click on Check Availability link above to get to the Facility Calendar. Use the Calendar Filters located at the top of the page to pick the Facility (park) and the Room (shelter/camping site) or just leave on all if you want to check more than one specific location. Please keep in mind we only allow one group/reservation per site, per day...for example, if you see a group has already reserved a site for 4pm-8pm, you cannot reserve it for 10am-2pm on the same day.
Request a Date
Click on View Facilities above, then click Search. Find the shelter/lodge you want and click Reserve. At this point you will need to Create an Account or Sign In, once you do either you will be able to proceed and complete your date/location request. If your request is approved you will receive an invoice via email with payment instructions. Please note: Online reservation requests may be made as late as 2 weeks before a date. To reserve less than 2 weeks ahead, please call the Reservations Department at (315) 451-6249. You may only request one shelter/lodge per event at one time. Additional requests for the same event will be denied.
FULL payment is due within 1 business day of receiving an invoice.
MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted. Payments can be made online, log into your account and choose the Balances tab, or over the phone. Your reservation is not final until full payment is received. If your payment is not received on the due date your reservation is subject to cancellation. (School groups who pay via purchase order need to call the Reservations Office, (315) 451-6249 directly to book your date.) Once payment is received you will receive an email with your permit/contract.
